Alternate Shot Derby (Format)
The field will be evenly split. Half of the 2-man teams will start on Canyon Hole #1 and half of the 2-man teams will start on Lakes Hole #1. It will be a true alternate shot derby, where each player will alternate shots with his teammate. Once you designate the person who will hit the first shot on the tee, you must alternate shots until the hole is finished and you have posted a score. Once we have a champion 2-man team from the Lakes 9 and a champion 2-man team from the Canyon 9, then those two (2) teams will play a sudden death match, starting on Lakes #1.

$2,000 per 2-man team
Proceeds are paid to the Maddux Foundation (501c3)

Award Explanation

Each 2-man team’s entry fee of $2,000 will be split. 50% ($1,000) will go to The Maddux Foundation and 50% ($1,000) will go towards our cash prizes.

Example: If there are (20) 2-man teams in the derby, then $20,000 will go to the winning teams (1st place to receive $15,000, 75% of cash pot & 2nd place to receive $5,000, 25% of cash pot) and $20,000 will go to The Maddux Foundation.

* If the Maddux-Harmon team wins, they have vowed to donate their winnings back to charity.
