 Butch Harmon has been in the golf arena for over 40 years.
In Butch’s earlier years, he was an accomplished player on the PGA Tour. In 1971, he won on the PGA Tour at the B.C.
Open. Following his Tour days he pursued his true passion, teaching. Through the years, Butch has developed the greatest
recipe for golf instruction and has dominated his field year after year.
Currently, Butch is the #1 Golf Instructor in the World and is the President of the Butch Harmon School of Golf in
Henderson, Nevada. He is a teaching professional for Golf Digest magazine and makes regular appearances as a guest
instructor on The Golf Channel. Butch also is a top analyst for British Sky Television and appears for them at the
major golf events.
Under his tutelage, Butch’s students have combined for more than 100 Professional Tour wins. Some of Butch’s current
students are: Phil Mickelson, Fred Couples, Stewart Cink, Adam Scott, Ben Crane, Steve Flesch, Natalie Gulbis, and Jose Maria Olazabal.
